Golf Instruction struggles with weight shift problems, here is a Cure!

So you start to hit the ball very well. But it is still struggling to get an effective weight reduction.

If sound familiar?

Besides the new stack and tilt method, a traditional golf swing requires a shift of emphasis to get all the parts and pieces together in a concerted action of one of the most athletic attempts vindictive behavior.

Actually there are two weight shift in each swing, if well done. One is the shift of the set-up oron the right side of the backswing.

And the other is moving to the left side to the recession. For me, it sounds damn easy.

And it probably is.

Just ask anyone who is not disabled, to move the weight from side to side. Almost every one of them will be developed with ease.

Every time you step, shift your weight. Shift the weight several hundred times a day. Only if you are around longOnce you are constantly shifting your weight. They move in weight, as part of the body language indicates that, perhaps, you are tired that whatever you do.

Come on .. a shift of weight is easy. They do it all the time all day every day.

So what the hell is going on with you and the golf swing, you and thousands of others who I might add. What it is to shift the focus in the golf swing so difficult?

I personally think it has not "fight" mentality, whereHitting the ball is the goal, without regard to other aspects of technology that could contribute to better results.

As a shift in emphasis.

Some people get a shift of weight, but it's the wrong order. It's called reverse weight shift. It is when you move the weight on the front foot on the moveaway and then the back foot on the downswing. A bad results have, what is really bad.
