I found this product to be great for my 4 yr. old Nephew, he loves having his own clubs when we go to the driving range. I believe that if you teach your child to respect thier things and to use them properly, that they will get longer life and use of them. He loves them!

Great While they Last - ashandjenn -
My 2 year old son has been golfing for the last year and a half. After going through several sets of pretend cheap plastic golf clubs, we thought these were a better investment and would last a few years. He has had them since Feb 2010 (4 months). While they lasted- they were great. They had a good weight to them, the shaft is solid metal, the handles are comfortable and fit well. He was able to swing them well, and use the various clubs appropriately (putter for putting, driver for driving, etc). He used them inside the house and in our lawn with the included plastic balls with great success.
However, when we took him to a golf course and he started hitting real balls with them, instantly two of the clubs broke- when he swung them, the heads snapped clean off. Not only was this a waste of money- it posed a serious safety risk to my son!
Since these clubs are designed for use with older children, it is assumed that they will be playing "real golf" on a real course with real balls. However- the plastic heads will not work for this use AT ALL. I am highly dissapointed in this toy, and would not recommend it to anyone except for whose kids want to play around in the backyard with pretend balls. I am writing to the company with my complaints.

We were happy when we purchased the driver separately, but then it broke. the bottom surface detached from the rest of the molded club head. We figured that it might be a fluke so we looked online and purchased the set here at amazon.com. The clubs came quickly, but in short time met with the same fate. 2 of the 3 clubs broke (the adjust-a-hit adjustment broke on the wood and the driver did the same as the other one), and this is with hitting the light Intech practice balls(which I like)also purchased here at amazon.com. We sent them back. If they can ever improve the durability, this will be a great beginning indoor/light outdoor set. Until then save your money and get a, more expensive but worth it, real child's golf set like we ultimately did.

My nephew loves golfing. got his this for christmas. had it shipped to him and my sister in law says he plays with it everyday. best present ever. other plastic set he had broke after use and this one is metal and still going strong.

Let me say that it is really cute. But I thought it would be made of more durable material. The bag tore completely after a week even though it hadn't been used very much.I hope the clubs will hold up better.They are made of plastic.
