The Double Plane Golf Swing Can Be Confusing

A double plane golf swing is something that many new players tend to have. It can be very difficult to get a nice smooth swing action, especially when you first start playing. You may have had one yourself when you first started out or you may still have one now. If you do have then you may want to change your swing to a smoother one plane action.

It can be very difficult to achieve this. However many practice exercises you go through, instructions you read and swings you practice at the driving range, you may find that yo just cannot eliminate the double plane swing action. You may find that by improving your fitness you will improve you golf swing. It may sound like a new idea and something that you have not tried before.

However it does make a lot of sense. If you muscles are more flexible and stringer then you should be better able to carry out the correct techniques during the golf swing. It is well worth a try - a simple exercise routine could really help you and could even be lots of fun.

It is good for your body anyway so will not be a waste of time - imagine having tight abdominals, legs, arms and lower back muscles it could even help you to look better! You should be able to hold the positions for longer and more accurately and therefore it could give you a much better chance of eliminating your double plane golf swing.
